PrivatBank is launching major changes in the market for banking services for entrepreneurs. The new tariff model for sole proprietors effectively eliminates monthly subscription fees for active entrepreneurs and significantly reduces key commissions. This is stated in the bank’s announcement. "Komersant Ukrainian"

Starting in January 2026, PrivatBank will introduce a new tariff model for individual entrepreneurs (FOPs). The key idea is more cashless activity and lower banking costs. For many entrepreneurs, the subscription fee for services may become zero if they actively use business cards.

What will change for FOPs from 2026

The new tariff model is based on a simple principle: the more actively an individual entrepreneur uses banking instruments for business, the more favorable the conditions they receive.

The main innovation is a zero subscription fee if the entrepreneur:

  • pays with “Key to Account” business cards or corporate cards
  • spends from UAH 15,000 per month

In this case, the monthly fee for banking services is automatically waived.

Additional benefits for entrepreneurs

In addition to waiving the subscription fee, PrivatBank offers sole proprietors several other important bonuses:

  • UAH 0 for depositing trade proceeds through self-service terminals
  • more favorable terms for currency transactions, which is especially relevant for exporters and IT sole proprietors
  • convenient online account and payment management

Maximum benefits for active businesses

The bank has prepared an extended package of privileges for entrepreneurs with higher turnover.

If business card expenses exceed UAH 30,000 per month, the individual entrepreneur receives:

  • zero fees for payments to other banks
  • preferential terms for opening a Platinum card
  • additional financial and service bonuses

Why is the bank changing its fees?

PrivatBank explains that the update of fees is a step towards supporting small businesses operating in conditions of war, economic instability, and rising costs.

The new model aims to:

  • stimulate cashless payments
  • reduce the financial burden on sole proprietors
  • make banking services more flexible and understandable

Who benefits from the new tariffs

The following will benefit the most:

  • Individual entrepreneurs in the trade and services sector
  • entrepreneurs who actively use business cards
  • Individual entrepreneurs with regular expenses for purchases, logistics, advertising, or online services.
