Rocket attack on Kyiv damaged industrial facilities of Textile-Contact: what is known

On the night of November 25, Kyiv suffered another Russian missile and drone strike, which damaged one of the facilities of the Textile-Contact group, the largest manufacturer in the light industry in Ukraine. This was reported on Facebook by Oleksandr Sokolovsky, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
What is known about the affected facilities
According to the owner of Textile-Contact, Oleksandr Sokolovsky, the strike hit the company’s warehouses and production facilities.

He clarified in a comment to LIGA.net that there were several strikes on the border of the company’s site, located on the left bank of Kyiv in the Dniprovskyi district. Warehouses and production facilities were damaged, and the fabric was partially damaged and flooded with water. The amount of damage is not yet known.

Sokolovskyi emphasized that there are no military facilities in the area, and the missiles hit civilian industrial enterprises and energy infrastructure.


What is known about the victims
There were no injuries among the company’s employees, but there were casualties among people in neighboring industrial areas, including drivers.
Despite the damage, Textile-Contact Group continues to operate at its location. The company’s other production facilities in other cities of Ukraine will insure the fulfillment of orders for customers in Kyiv.
As a reminder, on the night and morning of November 25 , Russian troops launched a combined attack on Kyiv, using missiles and drones in several stages. The attack caused widespread destruction and resulted in civilian casualties.
