Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Ilya Yevlash resigns from his post

Ilya Yevlash has resigned as head of the public relations service of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He announced this on Facebook, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“It’s time to say ‘see you later,’ my Air Force. This period of my life was truly unforgettable. Here I found new friends, here we did a lot of useful things, here I fell in love with the Air Force,” Yevlash said.
He thanked those who “helped, supported, and even those who wanted to fall”. Yevlash added that it was time to “move on,” but did not specify what he planned to do next.
Yevlash did not disclose the reason for his decision. There is also no information on the Air Force Command’s website on this matter.

To recap, Yevlash had held this position in the Air Force since March 2024.
Ilya Yevlash served in the Land Forces Command as a senior public relations officer. Previously, he headed the public relations service of the Kyiv City Defense Forces and the press service of the Khortytsia Operational and Strategic Group of Troops. He was a spokesperson for the Eastern Military Group.
He was born in the city of Mena, Chernihiv region. He is currently 28 years old. Yevlash graduated from the National Defense University with a degree in political science and from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a degree in journalism. He has been a journalist at Espresso.TV since 2019.
