Russian Federation attacks Kyiv with missiles: debris falls in one of the districts

On the morning of December 31, Russia launched a missile attack on Ukraine, including Kyiv. Rocket debris fell in one of the capital’s districts. This was announced by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Serhiy Popko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The fragments of an enemy missile fell on the roof of a private building in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.
“As a result of a missile strike on Kyiv, preliminary evidence of the fall of debris was recorded in the Darnytskyi district of the capital. According to the information that is being checked, the debris fell on the roof of a private building,” the statement said.
According to preliminary reports, there was no fire or damage. There was no information on casualties.
“The air raid alert continues. Stay in shelters!” said Serhiy Popko, head of the KCMA.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic missiles being used throughout Ukraine and a missile being fired in the direction of Vasylkiv.
Monitoring channels reported that high-speed targets were approaching Kyiv. Also, according to their unofficial data, six Russian Tu-22m3 bombers are in the air, and missiles are being launched.
