The work of “Reserve+” is being put on hold: what Ukrainians need to know

On Friday, January 30, from 00:00 to 02:00, technical work will be carried out in the Oberig registry. Ukrainians should download their account documents in advance in the Rezerv app.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to a statement by the Ministry of Defense.
For two hours, the Reserve ID services and updates will be temporarily unavailable in the Reserve app.
“We recommend downloading the PDF version of the electronic military registration document in advance: on the main screen of the app, click ” ” – “Download PDF,” the statement said.
The Ministry of Defense also noted that all services will resume after 2:00 a.m.
As a reminder, on Thursday, January 29, the Reserve app experienced a major malfunction. Prior to this, it was being updated, after which users were unable to access it. Some were kicked out of the app when they tried to launch it, while others saw error and overload messages on their screens.
It should be noted that the Reserve app now has the option to activate notifications about paper summonses. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said that notifications will be sent if the TCC has sent a paper summons by mail.
