Russia attacks Bila Tserkva: a high-rise building is damaged

On the night of December 31, Russians fired at Kyiv region with attack drones. This was announced by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk on his Telegram channel, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
According to him, one of the drones hit a high-rise building, smashing windows and damaging balconies on the upper floors from the first to the sixth.
There was no information about any injuries among the residents.
The head of the OVA emphasized that the attack is ongoing and urged people to stay in safe places and be attentive to themselves and their loved ones. Rescue services and local authorities are working at the scene. Details of the incident are being clarified.
Meanwhile, a massive kamikaze drone attack targeting civilian and energy infrastructure also took place in Odesa and the region that night. As a result of the strike, the warehouses of a logistics company caught fire in one of the settlements, and a multi-storey building was damaged without fire or explosions. The attack left part of the city without electricity, water and heat supply.
