Russia attacks Kyiv with drones: damage in three districts

On the night of 21 October, Russia attempted to attack Kyiv with drones. All the drones, which is about a dozen UAVs that threatened the city, were neutralised. One person was injured. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the press service of the Kyiv City Military Administration (KMDA).
According to the KMMA, the air raid in the city lasted more than 5 hours.
“Russian UAVs were approaching the capital from different directions. However, all components of the Defence Forces neutralised all the drones, which is about a dozen enemy UAVs that threatened the city,” the KMMA said.
As a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv, debris fell in Dniprovskyi, Holosiivskyi and Solomianskyi districts of the city.
In Dniprovskyi district, an electrical cable was preliminarily damaged. There were no reports of casualties.
In the Holosiivskyi district, a partial damage to the wall decoration was recorded in an apartment building and windows were smashed. No destruction and no fires. No injuries were reported.



In Solomensky district, falling debris caused a fire on the roof of a one-storey residential building. The fire is localised.
As of 6 am, one victim has been reported. Doctors diagnosed the man with facial burns. The victim refused to be hospitalised.
