She urged people to stay in shelters and added that details of the consequences would be announced later.

At the command of NPC Ukrenergo, emergency blackout schedules were introduced in Cherkasy region on October 22 from 07:55.
Poltava region

Sumy region
At the direction of NPC Ukrenergo, emergency outage schedules have been introduced in Sumy region. They are currently in effect for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages of consumers.
Kyiv and Kyiv region
At the command of Ukrenergo, emergency blackouts were introduced in Kyiv and Kyiv region.
Dnipropetrovska oblast
DTEK reported that in the morning emergency power outages will be introduced in the Dnipropetrovs’k region.
