Russia shells northern Sumy region: there are power cuts

On the night of Tuesday, December 23, the Russian army launched a massive attack on the north of Sumy region using drones. The shelling caused power outages in the region. This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, on Telegram, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
According to him, the attack was aimed at civilian infrastructure in the Shostka district.
Konotop district was also hit.
