Russia strikes at infrastructure in Vinnytsia: there are victims

In Vinnytsia, there have been hits to civilian infrastructure and casualties. This was reported by the first deputy head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Natalia Zabolotna on her Facebook page, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
According to the official, as a result of the enemy attack in Vinnytsia, civilian infrastructure was hit. All specialized services are working at the scene.
The fire has been localized at one of the facilities. At another, rescuers are still working on it.
As of 6:40 a.m., there are already 7 injured. 5 of them have burns. 2 of them have severe burns, 3 have moderate burns.
Also, 4 residential buildings were damaged in the region. Roofs, windows, doors were damaged.
One of the houses was heavily damaged.
In total, 28 UAVs attacked Vinnytsia region today, of which approximately 18 targets were destroyed.
Earlier, she reported a massive enemy attack on the city at dawn. Explosions were heard in the regional center as well.
To recap, the Russian occupiers launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih on the night of July 15, which resulted in a large-scale fire. Subsequently, the city came under a massive shakedown attack.
Also on the evening of July 15, the Russian military launched a massive drone attack, creating a threat in many regions of the country. In particular, at least 17 explosions were heard in Kharkiv. Three people were injured.
