Russia has increased the number of attacks: the hottest areas are on two fronts

Over the last day, 188 combat engagements were registered in the frontline. 90 attacks by Russian troops were repelled by the defenders at the Pokrovske and Kurakhove directions. This is stated in the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

According to the updated information, yesterday the enemy launched two missile strikes using four missiles and 24 air strikes, dropping 31 drones on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements. In addition, it carried out more than 4,200 attacks, 141 of them from multiple launch rocket systems, and used more than 2,000 kamikaze drones to attack.

The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular in the areas of Hlukhiv, Kruhle, Petropavlivka, Bohuslavka, Lyman, Lozova, Kostiantynopil, Komar, and Vremivka.

Situation at the frontline

Inthe Kharkiv sector, one unsuccessful enemy attack took place in the vicinity of Tykhyne.

Inthe Kupyansk sector, five occupants’ attacks took place over the last day. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Nova Kruhlyakivka, Lozova and Sinkivka.

The enemy attacked inthe Liman sector 16 times. He tried to advance near the settlements of Hrekivka, Tverdokhlibove, Yampolivka, Terny, Zarichne, Torske, Druzhelyubivka, Bilohorivka and in Serebryanske Forestry.

Inthe Kramatorsk sector, the occupants attacked five times in the area of Chasovyi Yar, Stupochky and Predtechyno.

In theToretsk sector, the enemy made six attacks near Toretsk and Nilipivka.

Inthe Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 40 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachanske, Zhovte, Pushkine, Novotroitske, Shevchenko and Novopusynka.

In the Kurakhove sector, the Defense Forces repelled 50 attacks. The enemy made the main efforts in the areas of Berestky, Staryi Terny, Zorya, Sontsivka, Kurakhove, Dalne, Yelizavetivka, Hannivka, Romanivka and Uspenivka.

Inthe Vremivsk sector, the enemy made 37 attacks on our positions near Kostiantynopilske, Rozlyv, Sukhi Yaliv, Makarivka and Novodarivka. The enemy was actively using aviation to attack the area.

Inthe Orikhivsk sector, our defenders repelled one enemy attack in the direction of Novodanylivka.

Inthe Prydniprovsky sector, Russian invaders attacked our positions four times.

Inthe Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of enemy offensive groups were detected.

On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy is actively using artillery and aviation in the vicinity of Ukrainian settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation.

Ukrainian defense forces continue operations in the Kursk region. Enemy aircraft are launching strikes with guided aerial bombs on the territory of Russia. At present, there are 12 air strikes involving 17 guided missiles and 492 artillery attacks.

Enemy losses

Yesterday, the missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces conducted four strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel.

In total, the losses of Russian invaders amounted to 1660 people yesterday. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized eight tanks, 46 armored combat vehicles, 20 artillery systems, 46 operational and tactical UAVs, two cruise missiles, 56 vehicles and three units of occupants’ special equipment.
