Rozetka and Prom launched a joint subscription with free shipping: what you need to know

Rozetka and Prom have launched a joint Smart subscription that combines the benefits of two of Ukraine’s leading marketplaces. Thanks to the new service, users can subscribe and receive free delivery of goods on both platforms at no additional cost, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The companies predict that the service will become a new standard for online shopping in Ukraine, as it simplifies shopping and significantly reduces consumer costs.
Key benefits of a single Smart subscription:
- Simple and transparent service: one registration, one subscription, one price – no hidden conditions. There is no need to buy separate subscriptions for Rozetka and Prom.ua.
- Favorable price: only 50 UAH per month, no additional fees.
The service covers the main delivery methods: Rozetka and Nova Poshta branches and post offices, as well as Rozetka courier delivery. The conditions are simple: orders from UAH 200 and weight up to 30 kg.
“The Smart subscription is the first example in Ukraine of how two key marketplaces have teamed up to give customers real savings and maximum freedom of choice,” Rozetka comments.
“Expensive delivery is the biggest barrier to online shopping: the median online check in Ukraine is UAH 450, while the average delivery cost is UAH 100. We want Ukrainians to be able to buy anything they want online at the best prices. So we created a joint product that will allow you to buy without restrictions on your favorite marketplaces,” Prom adds.
According to estimates, even one purchase per month allows you to fully refund the cost of the subscription.
If you make several orders, the savings can reach from 195 to 650 UAH per month.
