On the basis of such documents, the evaders were entered into the Shlyakh system. Then they were allowed to leave Ukraine without hindrance.
The SBU notes that the cost of “services” offered by a village council deputy in Ternopil region and the head of a district military medical commission in Odesa region was up to $12,000.
A group that smuggled potential recruits to a neighbouring country by swimming across the Tisa River or along forest trails, bypassing checkpoints, was dismantled inPrykarpattia . The group operated in Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions.
“To do this, the offenders prepared the relevant “routes” in advance and instructed the fugitives about their actions during the illegal crossing of the state border,”

The report concludes that investigations into all the revealed facts are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crimes and bring the perpetrators to justice.
