“It’s time to say thank you. Today I am completing my professional career at Nova Group. It has been an incredible period – 13 years of growth, development and constant challenges,” he wrote on LinkedIn, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
Doroshenko said that he joined the company as a transport dispatcher and is leaving as CIO.
“During this time, my team and I have implemented dozens of large-scale projects, created and implemented our own IT systems, built, built, broke, built, and lived life,” Andriy said.
According to him, people are the most valuable thing at Nova Poshta. “They are the ones who keep the brand alive, create products, dream, inspire and are inspired. The most difficult thing is to say goodbye to them. There are new challenges, victories and achievements ahead. I am leaving with great gratitude for the experience, trust, support and inspiration, the opportunity to make mistakes and win, and for my family,” he said.
In August, NovaPay CEO Andriy Kryvoshapko resigned from his position.
In July, Nova Poshta announced the end of cooperation with Oleksandr Bulba, who had worked for the company for 22 years and served as CEO for the past 10 years. Serhiy Karputev, CEO of Nova Poshta in Poland, also resigned. Jakub Karon became the head of Nova Poshta in Poland. This is the first time that the company has appointed a local top manager as CEO.
