Switzerland to support Ukrainian organic producers at SIAL PARIS

This year, for the first time, Switzerland has joined the the Swiss-Ukrainian programme “Higher Value Added Trade Development in the Organic and Dairy Sectors of Ukraine” (QFTP) programme, Switzerland is supporting the participation of 11 Ukrainian organic and dairy producers at the National Stand of Ukraine (Hall 1, Stand A128). SIAL PARIS takes place every two years in France and brings together more than 150,000 of the world’s leading retail buyers and food producers from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
The participation of Ukrainian companies is intended to promote Ukrainian products on international markets. Such activities will help to increase the recognition of our organic and dairy brands abroad and build trust in Ukraine as a reliable supplier of quality products with higher added value.
Among the first good news is the Ukrainian producer of natural cheese snacks Prime Snack (snEco) has won the SIAL Innovation 2024 Grand Prix in the Dairy category.
The international audience will be presented with Ukrainian organic products that are certified in accordance with the high requirements of the European Union’s organic regulation. The list includes cereals, honey, flour, cereals, dairy products, vegetables, canned food, berries, and fruit juices.
Dairy producers will present hard and processed cheeses, butter and whole milk products, condensed milk, cheese snacks and baby food. The capacities of all dairy companies represented at the national stand at Sial Paris 2024 are included in the relevant list of verified capacitiesthat have the right to export to EU countries.
We are looking forward to new export contracts, useful contacts and opportunities to present high-quality Ukrainian products to the world at SIAL PARIS 2024.
The national stand of Ukraine at SIAL Paris 2024 is organised by By the Ukrainian Food Association (Ukrainian Food Association) under the under the auspices of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukrainewith the assistance of the state state institution “Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development” of the national project Diia.Business, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Embassy of Ukraine in the French Republic, nazovni platform and with the support of:
– Switzerland within the framework of the the Swiss-Ukrainian programme “Higher Value Added Trade Development in the Organic and Dairy Sectors of Ukraine” (QFTP), implemented by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture in partnership with SAFOSO AG (Switzerland);
– The European Union and the German Government within the framework of the international cooperation programme “EU4Business: SME Recovery, Competitiveness and Internationalisation”implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
