Seven industrial parks without status: who has been removed from the state register

The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to remove seven industrial parks from the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
The ministry explained that these sites had been unable to attract industrial manufacturers for more than three years and had not actually moved on to the stage of real economic activity.
Why the state revoked their status
According to the ministry, the key reasons were:
- lack of capital investment in site preparation;
- lack of funds for the construction of production facilities;
- problems with connecting utility networks.
As a result, industrial parks did not become attractive to investors and were unable to launch production, which is a prerequisite for receiving state support.
What this means for the parks themselves
Removal from the Register does not mean the liquidation of an industrial park. Such sites may continue to exist, but:
- they lose the right to state incentives;
- they cannot take advantage of the benefits and support programs provided to participants in the Register.
At the same time, the initiators of the parks can reapply for inclusion in the Register in six months, provided that they eliminate the shortcomings, primarily in terms of infrastructure preparation.
Which parks were excluded
Seven industrial parks included in different years have been removed from the Register:
- Zolotonosha — Zolotonosha, Cherkasy region (2017);
- Kamianka-Buzka — Kamianka-Buzka, Lviv region (2017);
- Novorozdil Industrial Park — Novorozdil, Lviv region (2017);
- Novovolynsk — Novovolynsk, Volyn Oblast (2017);
- Kyivshchyna — Novi Petrivtsi village, Kyiv region (2017);
- Maramures — Bila Tserkva village, Zakarpattia region (2022);
- Volodymyr — Volodymyr, Volyn Oblast (2022).
How many industrial parks are currently in the register
Currently, the Register of Industrial Parks includes 111 facilities, and 27 new parks were added to it in 2025 alone. At the same time, according to government data, by the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were under construction in Ukraine’s industrial parks:
- 22 plants have already been built;
- 15 are still under construction.
