Death toll in Odesa rises to 16

The death toll from a missile attack on Odesa has risen to 16. This was announced by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, Kommersant Ukrainian reports ![]()
“The death toll from the Russian missile attack has risen to 16 people. Another 55 people are in hospital with injuries,”
– the official wrote.
He added that more than 200 people have already donated blood for the victims, and hundreds more are waiting for their turn.
As a reminder, at around 11 am on 15 March, Russia launched another missile attack on Odesa. The Southern Defence Forces reported that the Russians had fired a ballistic missile at the city:
“The enemy insidiously attacked Odesa with ballistic missiles, firing Iskander-M missiles from the temporarily occupied Crimea.”
