Heat and rains with thunderstorms: weather forecast for July 25

on July 25, 2025, partly cloudy weather is expected in Ukraine with different weather conditions in different regions. According to weather forecasters, precipitation is likely at night only in the far west of the country. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
According to forecasters, short-term rains are possible in the western and northern regions and in Vinnytsia region, sometimes with thunderstorms, while dry weather will prevail in the rest of the country.
At night, it will rain in the far west of the country, and during the day, precipitation is expected in the western, most northern regions and in Vinnytsia region.
Precipitation is not expected in the rest of Ukraine. The wind will be southwest, northwest on the Left Bank at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature at night will range from 14 to 19°C, in the south it will be warmer – 18-23°C. During the day, in the western and northern regions, thermometers will show 25-30°C, in the rest of the country – 28-33°C. In the southern regions and Crimea, in some places, a strong heat wave of up to 35°C is forecast.
