Special vouchers for business recovery: who can get them (details)

ANALYSIS FROM 
Entrepreneurs from Kharkiv will be able to receive special vouchers to restore their business. The application deadline is 30 September 2024. This was was reported the Ministry of Reintegration, referring to the Kharkiv Business Hub.
The vouchers can be used for cosmetic repairs of premises damaged by Russian shelling, reports [Kommersant].
As part of the project, representatives of the Kharkiv Business Hub, together with representatives of the NGO “I Am Saved”, receive applications for restoration from business representatives, assess compliance with the selection criteria, prepare an estimate for the restoration of the affected business, draw up a work plan and carry out all construction work aimed at restoring the business.
All construction work and materials are provided free of charge within the framework of the project and the agreed estimate.
What the voucher covers:
- restoration of windows up to 20 m²;
- repair of the facade with an area of up to 50 m²;
- cosmetic repairs of premises up to 50 m²;
- roof reconstruction with an area of up to 80 m².
Who is eligible to apply for a voucher:
- entrepreneurs who have registered a business in Kharkiv and have been operating for more than a year;
- entrepreneurs whose business is not in liquidation and is not included in the sanctions lists;
- entrepreneurs who are ready to hire one new employee after completion of repairs and resumption of operations or three new employees within 3 months if the business is currently operating.
