The US has allocated $3.9bn for Ukraine: what it will be spent on

Ukraine has agreed with the US on a $3.9 billion grant. Our country will receive it soon, reports "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine Of Ukraine.
The grant was made possible thanks to an agreement signed between the Minister of Finance of Ukraine and the World Bank’s Regional Director for Eastern Europe.
These funds will be used to pay salaries to teachers, the Emergency Response Service (ERS) and government employees, as well as to support priority social expenditures, including assistance to internally displaced persons, low-income families and people with disabilities.
It should be noted that this year the United States plans to provide financial assistance in the amount of $7.8 billion. The funds will come through the project “Public Expenditure Support for Ensuring Sustainable Governance in Ukraine” (PEACE in Ukraine). Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, PEACE in Ukraine has been bringing together foreign donors to support the government of Ukraine. The project has already contributed more than $25 billion to the state budget, and the new agreement will increase the total amount of budget support to almost $30 billion, of which more than 80% will come from the United States.
