Only 47% of Ukrainian refugees are ready to return to their homeland under the “most optimistic scenario”.
These data are cited by Yvonne Giesing, a researcher at the IFO Institute, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“Territorial integrity and reliable security guarantees are key prerequisites for the return of Ukrainian refugees. Economic factors are less important for their willingness to return,” the expert said.
More than 2.5 thousand Ukrainian refugees from 30 European countries took part in the survey.
