There was a malfunction: Ukrzaliznytsia’s website and app are down

“On October 2, Ukrzaliznytsia reported a technical failure that temporarily made the company’s online services unavailable.

This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia on Telegram, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

According to the transportation company, the ticketing app and the official website of Ukrzaliznytsia are temporarily unavailable.

The press service said that the reason was problems with the company’s Internet provider.

The online services will be restored in the near future.

Until then, train tickets can be purchased at ticket offices at railway stations across Ukraine.
