Strategic update of the management model of ECO MARKET

ECO MARKET announces changes in its management structure aimed at improving the efficiency of operations and ensuring the stable long-term development of the network. This was reported by the company’s press service, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs

Inna Miroshnychenko, who has been the President of the company in recent years, has completed her cooperation with ECO MARKET. The company sincerely thanks her for her significant contribution to the development, strategic vision and leadership, which allowed the chain to strengthen its position among national retailers.

To ensure sustainable management dynamics and strategic continuity, the company is moving to a collegial management model in the format of the Executive Board. The Board consists of heads of key areas with proven experience and deep understanding of the company’s business:

  • Tatyana Kozoderova, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – ensures financial stability, budget management, reporting and investor relations.
  • Vitaliy Starominsky, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), is responsible for the company’s strategic development, brand management, customer experience and external communication to increase customer value.
  • Denis Pogorelov, Chief Operating Officer (COO) , is responsible for the company’s operational efficiency, standardization of processes, optimization of the work of outlets and ensuring a stable quality of service in the network.
  • Liudmyla Chornomorets-Lisovska, HR Director (HRD), is responsible for the development of human capital, building a strong corporate culture and implementing HR strategies that support business transformation and growth.
  • Natalia Krasnikova, Chief Logistics Officer (CLO ) – responsible for assortment development, merchandising principles and strategic management of logistics processes. Ensures effective management of goods flows.
  • Danylo Maistrenko, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – responsible for the commercial strategy that ensures gross profit growth and assortment efficiency.
