What is known about the suspicion of Mykola Tyshchenko

Based on the materials of the State Bureau of Investigation, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has served a notice of suspicion to the current MP Mykola Tyshchenko on the fact of illegal imprisonment of a former serviceman in Dnipro. This was reported in the morning of June 25, 2024, by the State Bureau of Investigation.

Earlier, a video filmed in Dnipro was shared on social media, which shows people in khaki clothes and balaclavas holding a man in civilian clothes on the street. According to the police, the man in civilian clothes was held and injured. A video of the beginning of the conflict also appeared. It features Ukrainian MP Mykola Tyshchenko.

The network reported that the man in civilian clothes was Dmytro Mazokha, who served in the Kraken special forces of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine. Later, the Telegram channel of the Kraken special forces published a post and confirmed that the man in civilian clothes in the video was a former member of the special forces.

MP Mykola Tyshchenko posted on Facebook that “during searches of fraudulent bot farms, police officers were attacked: they suffered moderate bodily harm and a body camera was broken.”

“After striking the investigator who was working on the search several times, the man in the white T-shirt in the video tried to escape and also defiantly took off his pants in front of the police officer while he was making a statement against him,” he wrote.

The police noted that neither local nor regional law enforcement officers cooperated with Tyshchenko and did not participate in the searches.
