Mystery buyer for more than UAH 1 million for state-owned Ukrgasbank: Prozorro data

State-owned JSB Ukrgasbank has ordered the services of a mystery shopper for more than UAH 1 million. The bank made the corresponding purchase through theProzorro system at the end of December 2025, reports
According to the tender, Ukrgasbank ordered mystery shopping services for UAH 1,087,512, which include assessing the quality of customer service at the bank’s branches “in accordance with the Customer’s technical documentation.”
The winner of the procurement was Forservice UA Sales LLC, which submitted a single offer. Since there were no competitors, the procedure was completed without an auction. According to the procurement terms, the winner has to provide the mystery shopping services until December 1, 2026.
