Mystery shopper spends over 1 million hryvnias at state-owned “Ukrgasbank”: data from Prozorro

According to the tender data, Ukrgasbank ordered mystery shopper services for 1,087,512 UAH, which involve assessing the quality of customer service at the bank’s branches “in accordance with the Customer’s technical documentation.”
The winner of the procurement was Forservice UA Sales LLC, which submitted the sole bid. Since there were no competitors, the procedure was completed without an auction. According to the terms of the procurement, the winner must provide “mystery shopper” services by December 1, 2026.
Ukrgasbank is a state-owned bank: over 94% of its shares are owned by the state, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The bank is included in the list of state-owned entities of particular importance to Ukraine’s economy and security.
