Top 100 apps of 2025: what Ukrainians download most often

Mobile applications “Novaya Pochta”, “ATB” and Rozetka have been included in the list of 100 most popular applications in Ukraine in 2025. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the research of the Ukrainian company Devlight, which analyzed the data of downloads in the App Store and Google Play.

The e-commerce market continues to grow: only mobile applications Rozetka and ATB generated more than 1.6 million installations for the year. According to Igor Polich, CEO of Devlight, 9 years ago none of the top 10 retailers had a mobile application.

Today, all of the top 10 market players are investing in mobile products, and for many of them it is no longer just an application, but a flagship channel of interaction with the customer,” said Polich.

Other leaders of the category “Shopping”:

  • OLX.ua – 1.9 million downloads;
  • Prom.ua – 1.1 million users;
  • Silpo, Comfy, Kasta – 500 thousand installations each.

The trend is obvious: Ukrainian customers are increasingly interacting with brands via smartphone, and companies continue to scale mobile services. On average, the e-commerce market demonstrates annual growth of more than 20% in the mobile segment.

Banking applications: unequivocal dominance of Privat24

In the mobile banking category, Privat24 retains its leadership with a staggering 38 million downloads. The second position is occupied by monobank with 15 million installations. Next are:

  • Oschad 24/7 – 6.5 million installations;
  • PUMB Online – 5.5 million downloads;
  • Sense SuperApp (Alfa-Bank) – 4 million interactions;
  • MyRaif – 2 million installations;
  • izibank – 1.6 million uses;.
  • NovaPay – 1.1 million installations.

These data confirm the high level of penetration of financial technologies into Ukrainian everyday life. Ukrainians actively use online banking, make payments, transfers, lending and savings. All this – through mobile applications.

Government services: “Diya” holds the lead

Among mobile applications of the public sector, “Diya” remains the unquestionable leader with more than 19 million installations. The service provides access to more than 60 services and 30 digital documents, which makes it a key tool of the digital state. “Diya” not only transforms state interaction with citizens, but also sets service standards for the private sector.

Postal operators: the struggle for a mobile client

In the delivery segment, the leader remains “Nova Poshta”, which has more than 1 million downloads of the new application and 18 million – in the old version of “Nova Poshta Old”. At the same time, in terms of total audience it is outpaced by Ukrposhta, which has more than 3 million installations. Another player, Meest Post UA, has 2.5 million downloads.

Postal services are actively integrating mobile tools into logistics, allowing users to fully manage shipments, payment, tracking and courier services from a smartphone.

Medicine and pharmacy: digital accessibility

In the field of medical services and pharmacy retail, Tabletki.ua holds the lead with 6 million downloads, followed by Helsi with 5 million. Among pharmacy chains, the Apteka ANC application has more than 500 thousand installations.

These services fulfill an important social function: they provide quick access to medicines, doctor’s appointment, prescriptions and telemedicine, especially in wartime conditions.

The mobile application market in Ukraine in 2025 is a dynamic ecosystem where technology has already become a part of everyday life. Retail, banking, medicine, postal services and government services are all actively competing for the mobile user.
