Tragedy in Poltava region: a child dies in a water park

A six-year-old boy died in the village of Suprunivka in the Poltava region after falling into the water at a water park.
This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Main Department of the National Police in Poltava region.
“On July 12, at about 18:00, the Poltava District Police Department No. 2 received a report from doctors that a child had fallen into the pool at the water park in Suprunivka. Unfortunately, it was not possible to save the boy,” the police said.
The investigation found that the child’s fall into the water was an accident. They pulled the boy out of the water and tried to resuscitate him, but failed to save him.
“Investigators are deciding whether to register this incident in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations. The investigation is establishing the causes and circumstances of the tragedy,” the police summarized.
