Trump confirms he plans to meet with Zelenskiy this week

US President Donald Trump has confirmed plans to meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the White House on October 17.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Bloomberg.
“I think so,” the head of state replied to a question from journalists about whether he would host Zelenskyy in the White House.
on October 13, Bloomberg reported that Zelenskyy intends to meet with Trump on October 17 to discuss strengthening Ukraine’s air defense, possible deliveries of Tomahawk missiles, and a number of other topics.
The presidents will reportedly also discuss issues that have already been raised during two phone calls last week. In particular, they will talk about strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure, as well as “some confidential issues.”
