US President Donald Trump has effectively shifted the responsibility for Russia’s massive attack on the night of June 6 to Ukraine. This was reported by Reuters, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"

When asked how the SBU’s Pavetina special operation against Russian strategic aviation affected the nature of the war, the head of the White House noted that he had warned Kyiv of a “revenge strike.”

“Well, they (Ukraine – ed.) gave Putin a reason to intervene and launch a massive attack last night. I did not like it (strikes on Russian airfields – ed.). When I saw it, I said: this is it, now there will be a strike (of revenge – ed.),” Trump told reporters on board Air Force One.

As a reminder, on the night of June 6, the Russian military massively shelled most regions and cities of Ukraine.

Russia fired more than 400 drones and more than 40 missiles of various types across the country. The shelling damaged apartment buildings, private homes, and industrial infrastructure. Kyiv, Ternopil, and Lutsk suffered the most.

According to the latest reports, a total of 4 people were killed and dozens were injured.
