Persons liable for military service, conscripts and reservists must carry a registration certificate, military ID or a temporary certificate of a person liable for military service, depending on their attitude to military service. This was reported by the Kremenchuk District Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“At the same time, it is important to have information on updating data from the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists. This can be a VIN code received from the TCC and JV, an extract received through the ASC, or information from the Oberig register in the Reserve application,” the statement said,

It is noted that you can update your data in any way, both through the ASC and through the Reserve application.
“If the VIN code (21 digits) is not displayed in the extract, then you should contact the TCC and the JV exclusively to clarify the information,”
– the TCC added.
It should be noted that the updated law on mobilisation came into force on 18 May. All men aged 18-60 must update their registration details within 60 days – until 16 July inclusive.
The Ministry of Defence launched the mobile application “Reserve” for persons liable for military service, conscripts and reservists on 18 May, after the updated law on mobilisation came into force.
