A number of services will be temporarily unavailable in Diia

Due to the reorganization of the departments of the State Register of Civil Status Acts in Kyiv, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, a number of online services on the Diia portal will temporarily be unavailable, reports
We are talking about:
- Re-issuance of birth certificates;
- Re-issuance of a certificate of change of name;
- Re-issuance of a marriage certificate;
- Re-issuance of a certificate of divorce;
- Re-issuance of a death certificate
- Certificate of birth;
- Extract on change of name;
- Extract of marriage;
- Extract on divorce;
- Extract on death;
- and “eBaby” – the service will not work in ASCs and maternity hospitals.
If you have already ordered one of these services and paid for it, Diia advises you to check whether you have signed and sent the application.
“Do it today so that the Civil Registry Office has time to process it,” the statement says.
If you did not have time to apply for the documents, then after the renewal, you should submit a new application or contact the Civil Registry Office with a receipt to receive the paid service.
The Diia portal promises to inform separately when everything will work as usual.

Soon, Diia will have a comprehensive service for the military and their families called the Wounded Man’s Path. The entire process will be online, and interaction with government agencies will be automatic. There will be no queues, no collection of documents, and no trips to different institutions.
