Veterans’ services will temporarily be unavailable in Diia: when will they resume?

On September 27, services for war veterans will be temporarily unavailable in the Diia app. The reason is the planned update of the Unified State Register of War Veterans. This was reported by the press service of Diia, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
Technical work will begin at 09:30 and will last until 23:00.
During this period, some services will not work, so users are advised to use the necessary services in advance.
What exactly will be unavailable
The following services will not work during the update:
- veteran ID in the Diia app;
- veteran Pro service;
- online services related to the register of war veterans;
- checking statuses in the offices of authorized persons.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation notes that such technical updates are planned and necessary to improve the system’s performance, strengthen cybersecurity and ensure the stability of services.
Upon completion of the work, all functions will be restored to normal.
Earlier, Diia launched an online certification of mine action operators, which is another step towards expanding digital services for defenders and veterans.
