Five AI assistants have appeared in Diia: how they work

The Diia.Business portal has launched AI assistants that will become personal business assistants. Now Ukrainian entrepreneurs don’t have to spend hours searching for grants or developing business plans. Artificial intelligence will clarify the request, form an individualized selection of materials, services and support programs, and suggest the next steps. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“Ukraine is moving towards an Agentic state – a state that anticipates the needs of citizens and offers solutions at a single request. We have already launched Diia.AI, the world’s first national AI assistant providing public services. Now, our own AI assistants will appear on the Diia.Business portal,” said Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Digital Transformation.
The official explained that they will help people find the information they need quickly, easily, and conveniently, create a business plan, or find a grant to develop their own business.
AI assistants work as personal navigators on the portal:
- clarify the user’s request;
- create individual collections of materials, services, and support programs;
- suggest the next steps (help to find financing for specific business needs or prepare a business plan).
“Technologies give businesses speed, but at the same time increase requirements for skills, cybersecurity, and the ability to integrate AI into real processes. Our priority is to develop the digital maturity of SMEs in Ukraine, and we are working to provide businesses with clear tools for growth. That’s why we are transforming the Diia.Business project, and today we are launching AI assistants on the portal so that entrepreneurs can get solutions quickly and focus on development,” said Valeria Ionan, Advisor to the First Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on Innovation, Digitalization and Global Partnerships.
Five personal AI assistants are available on the Diia.Business portal:
- Robert is the first point of contact on the portal. He answers general questions and suggests where to find the information you need;
- Foundation – accompanies you on the way from a business idea to launching your own business;
- Grant – helps you find financial opportunities and support programs, as well as prepare a business plan;
- Smart – suggests solutions for digitalization and optimization of business processes;
- Market is an export assistant that helps prepare for international markets.
It is worth noting that AI assistants do not replace expert advice, but allow you to find the information you need faster, better understand the available opportunities, and plan further steps for business development.
Online assistants are already available on the home page of Diia.Business. To use the service, you need to register and pass verification.
