DIU warns Ukrainians about fake chats imitating an intelligence bot

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has warned Ukrainians that at least eight fake chatbots imitating the Main Intelligence Bot have appeared on Telegram. This was reported by the GUR press service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“The enemy is trying to mislead Ukrainians living in the temporarily occupied territories. That is why he is creating bots that reproduce the official DIU chatbot “Main Intelligence Bot” in their description, name and visuals. It is dangerous to transmit any information through such bots,” the DIU said.

“The link to the current bot can always be found on the page of the Main Intelligence Bot on the DIU website and on the official DIU pages in social media. Such pages are marked with a blue or green tick,” the intelligence service reminded.
