A bomb hits a high-rise building in Kharkiv: there are victims, including those under the rubble

The occupants hit a Kharkiv high-rise building with a KAB. It happened during the evening shelling of Kharkiv on October 30. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
On Wednesday evening, October 30, an explosion was heard in Kharkiv. The city authorities reported an “arrival” in an apartment building in the Saltovsky district.
“We have preliminary information about a guided aerial bomb hitting a multi-storey building, there are victims,” Mayor Igor Terekhov wrote.
Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the JMA, said that the bomb hit the fourth floor of the apartment building.
There are victims, some of them are under the rubble.
Rescuers and other emergency services are working at the scene.
“Preliminary, there are victims, including those under the rubble. Emergency services are checking the site,” said Sinegubov.
Meanwhile, social media reports that power was cut off in part of Kharkiv.
It should be noted that the Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions, including Kharkiv and the region, with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, missiles, rockets, anti-aircraft guns, and MLRS.
