Kyiv faces power and water outages after massive drone attack

On the night of Friday, October 10, Russian troops launched a massive drone attack on Kyiv. As a result of the shelling, several districts of the capital experienced power and water supply outages. This was announced by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“Due to a massive attack by enemy UAVs, there may be interruptions in electricity and water supply in the capital. All services are working, monitoring the situation, ready to respond,” he wrote.

Kyiv residents are reporting on social media about power surges, malfunctions of electric transport and water outages in some buildings.
Power engineers are already working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
Monitoring channels note that the attack hit CHPP-6, one of the city’s key power plants. Information on the extent of the damage is currently being clarified.
