Kyiv postpones heating season: when will apartments be heated?

In Kyiv, the weather has so far allowed us not to start the heating season in homes. Heating has been turned on only in social institutions.
According to "Komersant Ukrainian", this was stated by the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration Petro Panteleev onKyiv24 TV channel.
According to Panteleev, it is quite warm outside, despite the fact that it is already mid-October. Forecasters predict further 16 degrees, which actually allows us not to turn on the heating for now.
At the same time, the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration noted that the technical capabilities allow the heating to be turned on right now. But for now, it is enough that schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other social institutions have heat.
As for heating for residential buildings, it may be launched in November. Right now, gas needs to be used carefully because of Russian terrorist attacks against the gas infrastructure. It is possible that gas will be needed in January or February.
