Lviv says goodbye to the Bazylevych family killed by Russia (photos, video)

On Friday, 6 September, in Lviv, the the Bazylevych family, who were killed during a missile attack by the Russian Armed Forces on the city two days ago. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" reports with reference to social media.
Only the husband, Yaroslav Bazylevych, survived. His wife Yevgeniya, three daughters Yaryna, Daryna and Emilia died in the stairwell before they could reach the shelter.
Hundreds of people came to the funeral service and farewell ceremony for the deceased family. It was held in the Garrison Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul. Many of them wore national clothes – embroidered shirts.

As a sign of respect for the deceased, the townspeople also brought flowers: there were many white roses and sunflowers.
A stand with black-and-white photographs of the victims was set up in front of the church.

A Hail Mary was sung in the church in memory of the souls of the children and their mother.

It is known that the family will be buried at Lychakiv Cemetery.
It should be noted that today Lviv is holding eight funeral ceremonies at once: the victims of the rocket attack on the city on 4 September are being buried.
“Today will be a difficult day. There are eight funerals in Lviv at once. All these people were killed by Russia. Two soldiers were killed by Russians at the front. Six civilian Lviv residents were killed by Russians with a rocket in the centre of Lviv. They killed a mother and three daughters – the Bazylevych family. We are all with our father Yaroslav today,” Mayor Andriy Sadovyi wrote on his Facebook page.
