A day of silence has come to Moldova on the eve of the September 28 parliamentary elections.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".
On the night of September 27, a ban on any election campaigning, including television commercials, publications in print and electronic media, and meetings with voters, came into effect.
Moldovan President Maia Sandu accused Russia of trying to influence the election with the help of Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) priests and prisoners.
Sandu also stated that Russia allegedly wants to turn Moldova into a springboard for the invasion of Odesa.
