The Polish Embassy in Kyiv was damaged by Russian missile debris, said Polish Foreign Ministry spokesman Pawel Wronski.

This was reported by RMF FM, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

“An element of a missile or a small-caliber projectile fell on the roof of our consular section and then hit the kitchen. No one was injured,” Vronsky said.

He added that the incident would not affect the work of the embassy.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy promised to respond to Russia’s massive nighttime strike on Ukraine. He said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces would continue to strike at Russian territory to force it to diplomacy.
