You can pay a fine for failure to specify data to the Reserve with a 50% discount: how to do it

11 July 16:33

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has launched a new digital service that allows people liable for military service to pay fines online and at a significant discount. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“A new service has been launched in the Reserve – payment of fines. Now, persons liable for military service can pay a fine for inaccurate data until July 16, 2024, online with a 50% discount, without queues and paperwork. This allows us to promptly close the case of administrative violation and remove the red ribbon from the document in the application,”

– the Ministry of Defense said.

How the new service works

At the first stage, the service is available only for paying a fine for late updating of personal data. The ability to pay fines for other violations of military records will be added later.

You can pay a fine online using the following algorithm:

  1. Update the Reserve to the latest version and log in to the application.
  2. Go to the Online Fines section, submit an application for recognition of the violation and wait for the decision of the TCC within three days.
  3. Pay a fine of UAH 8,500 (50% of the total amount) after receiving the decision.

Terms and conditions of payment

The fine must be paid within 20 days from the date of receipt of the decision to the Reserve. In case of late payment, the following sanctions apply

  • the full amount of UAH 17,000 must be paid within 20 days;
  • within 40 days, the fine is doubled to UAH 34,000, and the case is transferred to the executive service.

Digital transformation at the service of Ukrainians

“Online fines are a service for resolving issues that previously required a personal visit to the TCC or police intervention. At Reserve, we offer a simple, transparent and humane alternative – just as it already works in Ukraine with other administrative fines. This is another example of how digital services work in the interests of Ukrainians,”

– emphasized Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development.

The new service is being launched gradually to evenly distribute the load and will be fully deployed in the coming days.
