Online Fines feature has been updated in Reserve: what has changed

An update has been released to the Reserve app that expands the capabilities of the Online Fines feature for all users. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
Now, if necessary, persons liable for military service can:
- upload a signed file of a statement of recognition of a violation;
- download or email a file of the new resolution;
- view the details of the case and find out the reason for the decision to cancel.
In addition, the expanded data from the register now displays the reason for the police report.
The agency explained that the update is intended to make the Online Fines function more convenient and informative.
“As a reminder, it allows you to pay a fine for violating the rules of military registration – transparently, quickly and without unnecessary documents,” the Defense Ministry added.
“Reserve” is a mobile application developed for conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists. In the profile, everyone can update their credentials and receive an electronic military registration document.
Initially, the service provided access only to paying a fine for late updating of personal data, but later other features were added. The company plans to add 35 types of deferrals to Reserve.
Currently, people with disabilities, students, postgraduates, parents of three or more children born in the same marriage, families of defenders with a child, husbands or wives of people with disabilities, people with temporary disability, employees of higher and vocational education institutions can apply for a deferment through the app.
