Russia calls strikes on the TCC a new strategy of Russian troops

The enemy army has begun to apply a new strategy, which is to destroy territorial recruitment centers in Ukraine.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Russian media.
“The new strategy of the Russian army is to destroy the recruitment centers in the Russian-speaking regions of Ukraine, where the forced mobilization has reached the largest scale,” said Senator Konstantin Basyuk.
Basyuk added that today the TCC members are mobilizing civilians right on the streets.
on July 7, military analyst Borys Rozhyn said that the Russian army’s strikes on territorial recruitment centers solve several problems at once: disrupt the enemy’s mobilization campaign, generate additional costs for Kyiv and influence the attitude of the country’s citizens towards Russia.
