A partial government shutdown has begun in the US

In the US, a partial government shutdown has begun due to a lack of funding. This was reported by The Guardian, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“A partial suspension of federal government operations (shutdown) began at midnight on January 31 due to a lack of funding,” the publication says.
The publication notes that the shutdown was the result of Democratic senators refusing to vote for a bill that would allow the Department of Homeland Security to continue spending after the killings in Minnesota.
On January 30, the United States Senate approved a package of bills to fund most federal agencies until the end of the current fiscal year on September 30. The documents provide for the allocation of funds to the Pentagon, the State Department, the Departments of Finance, Health, Labor, and other agencies.
Previously, it was reported that a bill to fund six federal agencies, including the Pentagon and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), failed to pass a procedural vote in the Senate, sharply increasing the likelihood of another shutdown amid continuing disagreements between Democrats and Republicans.
