Digital passes for traffic during the curfew are introduced in the capital

Kyiv will introduce digital passes for movement during the curfew. They will start operating in the capital in 2026.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration. The decision was made at the Kyiv City Defense Council, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
Thus, the Kyiv City Military Administration was instructed, together with the 12th Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to develop and approve an order and the procedure for its implementation.
Also, an information and communication system for managing digital passes for vehicles should be created and implemented.
In addition, the Kyiv City Military Administration should address the regional administration with a proposal to introduce digital passes in the region.
As a reminder, the curfew in Kyiv lasts from 00:00 to 5:00. During this time, passes for the movement of cars and special vehicles during the curfew can be used by people working in the security and defense sector of Ukraine and at critical infrastructure facilities in the city.
