Oil prices are rising globally

Brent crude oil prices rose to $80.27 per barrel. Thus, the trend continued, which began after data on a sharp decline in oil reserves in the United States, reports with reference to enkorr.
On the London ICE Futures exchange, the price of Brent futures for March is estimated at $80.27 per barrel at 7:04 a.m. Kyiv time, up 23 cents (0.29%) from the previous session’s close. On Wednesday, these contracts rose by $0.49 (0.6%) to $80.04 per barrel.
Prices for March futures for WTI in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) rose by $0.31 (0.41%) to $75.40 per barrel. In the previous session, WTI rose by $0.72 (1%) to $75.09 per barrel.
According to the US Department of Energy’s weekly report, commercial oil stocks in the country fell by 9.23 million barrels last week, the biggest drop since mid-August last year. And oil production in the United States fell by 1 million barrels per day last week, to 12.3 million barrels per day, due to cold weather in North Dakota, which led to interruptions in the operation of oil wells. A week earlier, production reached an all-time high.
