Reserve app crashes: what the Defense Ministry advises

What happened to “Reserve”
On the morning of June 26, users of the app faced difficulties: many could not log in to the Reserve or use digital documents.
The system reported a lack of connection, which caused a wave of complaints on social media.
Response of the Ministry of Defense
The Ministry of Defense responded promptly to the situation, assuring that the technical problems would be resolved in the near future.
Experts are already working to restore the full operation of Reserve so that users can use all functions without interruption.
What should users do?
The Ministry of Defense advises the following during the technical interruptions:
- Follow official messages from the Ministry of Defense for up-to-date information on the resumption of the work of “Reserve”.
- Use PDF versions of documents if access to the app is limited.

Refuting rumors about geodata
Earlier, on June 23, rumors spread on social media that Rezerv allegedly collects users’ geolocation data. The Ministry of Defense categorically denied this information, saying that such reports were part of a disinformation campaign.
According to the ministry, the purpose of such rumors is to undermine trust in state digital services, sow doubts about their security, and impede the mobilization process.
