Strike on children’s cafe in Zaporizhzhia: 14-year-old boy dies

A 14-year-old boy died in hospital as a result of a strike on a children’s cafe in Zaporizhzhia region. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration Ivan Fedorov, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“A teenager who suffered as a result of Russian shelling of Malokaterinovka has died. a 14-year-old boy who was wounded during today’s enemy attack died in hospital,” the official wrote.

Fedorov also said that two wounded children were hospitalised. They were also injured during the attack on the Levada children’s cafe. He did not specify the condition of the patients.

“Two more children who suffered as a result of the shelling of the Levada children’s cafe were taken to medical institutions. This brings the total number of injured to 5 people. All of them are receiving medical care,” he stressed.

It should be noted that today, on 20 August, Russian troops attacked a children’s cafe in the village of Malokaterinovka, Zaporizhzhia region, injuring five people. Among the victims were four children and an 18-year-old girl.
