Ukraine ReHealth 2025: rebuilding the healthcare system to be discussed in Kyiv

On September 4, 2025, Ukraine ReHealth 2025, the first international conference and exhibition dedicated to the rebuilding and modernization of Ukraine’s healthcare system after the full-scale Russian invasion, will take place at the Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center in Kyiv.
The event is organized by Impact Bridge LLC, Sayenko Kharenko, Empirica Medical Company and Sigma Software with the support of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, European Business Association, American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and U.S.-Ukraine Business Council.
Key topics of the conference
The participants will discuss the current state of the healthcare system and the assessment of the damage caused, as well as the role of international financial institutions in the recovery of the industry. Among them are the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the World Bank, and Swedfund.
Particular attention will be paid to new opportunities for public-private partnerships in healthcare, business incentives through digitalization, and partnerships with communities. Separate sessions will be devoted to innovations and digital technologies, modern solutions for medical infrastructure, as well as inclusion, rehabilitation of veterans and regional leadership in healthcare.

High level of representation
Representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and relevant agencies, the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Ministries of Finance, Economy, Community Development, Environment and Agriculture are invited to participate in the conference. Delegations from international financial institutions, municipalities, businesses, donor funds and projects are also expected to attend.
Unique format of the event
Ukraine ReHealth 2025 will be the first event to bring together the government, municipalities, international donors, hospitals, developers, equipment manufacturers, IT companies, and investors under one roof. The event will combine a conference with practical case studies and project presentations with an exhibition of innovative solutions in the field of medicine – from Ukrainian startups to international technologies that are not yet represented in Ukraine.
The central panel discussions will focus on financing healthcare recovery and opportunities for public-private partnerships to implement new projects in the sector.
